- 2 nos garlic crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot oil
- a pinch hing
- salt to taste

- Preparation: Peanuts are coated in batter and deep-fried or baked
